You will need:

  • Experience of working with young people (11years +)
  • The confident to assist students on an individual basis and in small group/whole class work
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills to engage young people
  • The ability to demonstrate emotional intelligence
  • Enthusiasm for supporting students with differing needs/ability
  • Knowledge of the diverse demands of working in a multi-cultural environment
